Lucas is a young, enthusiastic, and passionate London-based session musician, recently graduating with a First in Popular Music Performance from ICMP. A versatile instrumentalist, he plays guitar, keys, and bass, and has been teaching music for over 4 years to students of all ages and levels, both online and face-to-face.
As a session musician, Lucas has spent the past three years playing with a wide range of artists across London and Europe, including Nick Rich, Rozzzqween, Charlotte Clarke, Chris Hart, Tessa Tide, and many more. His playing draws on blues, rock, gospel, worship, and neo-soul, while also embracing funk and pop. He regularly records and shares his performances online, showcasing his creativity and love for music.
Lucas’s teaching philosophy is to make music fun, accessible, and inspiring. Whether it’s theory, technique, improvisation, or learning songs, he adapts his lessons to each student’s goals and musical taste, helping them to grow while enjoying the process.
